Q: What is Adoozle?

Answer: Adoozle™ is an innovative local search marketing company that provides businesses with competitive, cost-responsible local advertising. Q: What exactly is Local Search Engine Marketing?

Answer: Local Search Engine Marketing (SEM) is the practice of placing advertisements on the Internet, primarily across the three major search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing) and affiliated websites, local map services, and business directories. Typically these campaigns are only run within geographically-targeted areas such as certain zip codes, cities, or regions. Local Search also includes generating advertisements and listings on the many business publisher websites and social communities designed for businesses to list their contact information, products, and services for consumers to view and engage. When you consider that 7 out of every 10 consumers use a search engine regularly to find local businesses, it is imperative that regional businesses engage local search marketing to be visible and competitive in their local markets.

Q: Do I need to do anything special to use Adoozle?

Answer: No. Adoozle is a one-stop local search platform that provides everything you need to make your business visible on the web. Once you decide to sign up with Adoozle you simply fill out our online form that asks questions specific to your business and your search marketing objectives. We do the rest. We actively setup and launch your campaigns, create your micro-website, and manage your campaigns effectively to generate direct-response leads and new business. Q: How does Adoozle track my phone calls and responses?

Answer: Adoozle uses unique local and /or toll-free phone numbers that are integrated into your campaigns and micro-website. Our advanced Call Measurement platform is integrated with KeyMetric Campaign Analytics, which allows Adoozle to view every phone call, email response, online form submission, text message send, and coupon download so we can measure marketing effectiveness and optimize your campaigns based on how, where, and why consumers are contacting you.

Q: How do I receive or view leads from Adoozle?

Answer: All leads generated from an Adoozle campaign come directly to you. Phone calls are forwarded directly to the phone number you provide at signup; emails and online form submissions are sent directly to the email address you provide; and coupon downloads and prints can be viewed and tracked in the Adoozle online reporting tool. As an Adoozle customer, you will have access to our online reporting service that allows you to view how many clicks, visitors, phone calls, emails, form submissions, text message sends, and coupon downloads are generated. These reports are updated several times each day so you can always benefit from the most up-to-date information.

Q: Can I use the Adoozle micro-website as my business website?

Answer: Yes. The Adoozle micro-website can be used as your business website for as long as you remain a paying customer. Remember, however, these sites are not custom websites and the primary objective of these micro-websites is to generate leads and conversions from Adoozle advertising campaigns. As such, they are designed to maximize lead generation, not provide in-depth information about your business. Although you may periodically submit content change requests for consideration, the Adoozle team will always make sure the content and messaging on the micro-website remain strategic to the objectives at hand – generating more phone calls and leads for your business by making your business visible where and when needed.

Q: How long is the contract with Adoozle?

Answer: Adoozle is a month-to-month service with no long-term contracts, so you can cancel when you want. We do suggest, however, that you maintain our relationship at least 3-4 months to give your campaigns enough time to perform. We don’t engage any illegal or harmful shortcuts to getting your campaigns live and listed on search engine results pages; so we need a little time for everything to index, receive validation from the publishers, and for your campaigns and pages to start showing everywhere.

Q: How many phone calls and /or leads can we expect to receive per month?

Answer: It really depends on key metrics such as your location, market size, which Adoozle plan you signed up for, and pay-per-click budget (if applicable). Some areas are more competitive than others and therefore may require q higher pay-per-click (PPC) budget to be competitive. In general, however, over 90% of Adoozle clients have experienced substantial increases in phone calls and direct-response leads using our services; some as much as 500% in the first 6 weeks. And unlike other companies that make false promises and fail to deliver, Adoozle promises that no other company will work harder for you to make sure you benefit from every dollar you spend on search-based marketing.

Q: How Does Adoozle Charge?

Answer: Adoozle charges all service and transaction fees, such as per minute charges, on a monthly basis. Adoozle invoices all clients between the first and third day of each month. All plan service fees are billed in advance for the then current month. All per minute and text-message transaction fees are billed in arrears for the previous month based on actual usage. Adoozle only accepts credit or debit card payments. Clients must provide a credit or debit card at sign up. All invoices will be charged to the client credit card between the 3rd and 5th day of each billing month.
